Issue description

Windows 32 bits Debug build (cygwin-mingw) commit SHA ID: f7d3b1

Running built in plugins doesn't seem to do anything. No console message, no action done. It just ask if I'm sure to proceed to run the plugin and after that nothing happens.

Steps to reproduce this issue

Open Synfig Studio. Run Plugins > Add Simple Skeleton >Nothing happens.
