Hi,

First : SynFig is "Yami".
Second : what if I have answered to the "number between" with "3646.5" ? Or "I'm half human " (I know: possible answers: Yes / No) :D
Third : I like to make an animated spot: a text that is scanned by a spot of a certain color. Could you help me ?
Thank you in advance.

Eugen

Hi,

Thanx for answer. I try to elaborate:

Initially is a dark background (let's say a wall(. Suddenly is luminated by a spotlight that reveals the letters of a text painted on the "wall". The spot moves from left to right.
I really tried to do animation. Simply I took text layerr. I overlapped a dark rectangle and after a layer with a circle with transparency. Nothing. I know how to move the circle. But it does not show any text at all.
Thanx in advance.

Best regards,

Eugen

The easiers way would probably be to create the light as a gradient layer where you set one end of the gradient to transparent. (gradient so you get a falloff, rather than just a sharp edge as you would with a region layer).
see this example sifz:
