No. Pivotal tracker is for things that are planned to do and has a coder behind. It is just a try to replace the roadmap. In pivotal tracker you can see what developers are working on and its progresses. Sourceforge bug/feature request/patches tracker is still our main tracker. Maybe in the future we replace it completely but it is not planned by now.
