With the success of Spriter http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/539 ... f=category I was wondering if synfig could also do a kickstarter fund. The thing I want most for synfig would be a better interface similar to gimp 2.8 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jGvdPMj9VpA. And thorough long video tutorials like 6 hours+ for beginners. The current documentation doesn't have much.

The problem with fundraising champaign is that there must be someone behind it (after completion) to take care of the collected founds and its destination. Our organization is not big enough to have dedicated people to do that.
We plan to join to SFC organization to help us on those kind of things. Meanwhile, we are so busy on develop the code and maintain the documentation to dedicate time on that.

Any help in that area (in a long and continuous basis) is welcome.
