to create a .lst file, do I write all the names (eg frame_1.png, frame_2.png ... frame_300.png ) or can I do something for abbreviate?. Thanks.

para crear un fichero lst, ¿debo escribir todos los nombres (ej: frame_1.png, frame_2.png ...frame_300.png) o hay un método para abreviarlo?

I created a Nautilus script that takes a moviefile, creates a png-sequence and then creates a lst-file for synfig import.
You could check the code for the create-lst-file snippet and use that for automatically creating the lst.
