i have a suggestion of adding to the rectangular tool
sub rectangulars
see image
and you would have the option of deciding with from the side of the rectangular and the gap between sub rectangulars
i think this would useful for doing thing like streets
and would not be hard to implement
and i may implement this if i have time later this sumer
