So I made a few oval type shapes with the draw tool, and I'm trying to scale them. Selecting the layers, all ducks, and using the scale tool just warps the shape, it won't resize.

I did it once, but can't seem to do it again

Nevermind I got it, you have to display vertex ducks along with tangent ducks, you select all of them and using the scale tool, click and drag one duck to resize.
