Hey!

I was wondering if it's possible with Synfig to make a video clip interact with a animated character?

What I mean is that I want to have a 2D animated character pushing away a videoclip out of the screen.

is it possible to do this with Synfig or do I need another software for that?

if yes then which one?

This might be a silly question but I'm curius to find out if it works :)

I think that if you know how to make an animation of a character pushing something, then that something can be a videoclip, just import a image sequence and move it synchronized with the character pulling. What's really interesting is to make a good character animation pushing a wall. It needs good drawings to make the audience feel the effort and the resistance of the object being pushed.

Maybe it is a good one for a challenge.
